Construction Draftsman

As an experienced project manager with a solid background in engineering, specializing in project management, I have extensive knowledge in Tekla/SDS2, Revit/BIM, and Auto-CAD, complemented by strong skills in document management and the creation of structural, architectural, MEP drawings, and shop drawings. My education as a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) at the University of Mumbai has provided a strong foundation for my professional career. Since 2015, I have worked in various industries, where I have continuously improved my skills in communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management. I have successfully developed and monitored project plans independently to ensure the successful completion of large construction projects, with a focus on quality assurance, cost control, work safety, and scheduling. In my last position, I made a significant contribution to optimizing production processes by using an ERP system to streamline operations and increase overall efficiency in the forging industry. Additionally, I effectively managed preventive maintenance tasks, prioritized work assignments, and ensured timely completion. I am capable of leading complex projects from start to finish, including precise capacity planning, meticulous project planning, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Through my work in commercial construction projects, I have effectively collaborated with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects, prepared cost estimates, and compiled project documentation.
