As a dedicated civil engineer with over eight years of professional experience in the construction industry, I have proven myself as a project manager in a variety of residential and commercial projects. My expertise includes cost estimation and design planning, and I bring comprehensive competence in various aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, and coordination of all project components. I have successfully worked with clients to achieve project goals within the set framework and budget. Most recently, I was employed as a project manager at CBRE GWS, where I was responsible for creating work scopes, resource planning for project execution, and cost estimation. I have experience in managing new constructions, renovations, as well as BMS projects and fit-outs. My technical portfolio includes skills in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Plan Swift. I am proficient in English at level B2 and German at level B1, which enables me to work effectively in multicultural teams. I am seeking a position where I can utilize my technical skills and experience to continue contributing to the realization of challenging construction projects.
