SBT Solution GmbH was newly founded in March 2023 in Berlin-Adlershof. But that doesn't mean we're a start-up. With a strong investor by our side, a business model focused on the future and long-term success, and years of experience from our leadership team, we know our field very well. We've taken over the premises on Karl-Ziegler-Straße, including the modern office building and the production hall of a former company. πŸš€ Many employees bravely took the leap into the unknown, joining the new company SBT because they believed in the success that our two managing directors, Robert Iden and Gerrit Gugat, showed them. Company pension scheme

We offer additional payments to the company pension scheme beyond the legal minimum requirements (20% employer contribution and after 1 year of company affiliation, an extra €40 per month). This is done through MetallRente. Do you already have a contract there? Great, then bring it with us. If you don't have one yet, we'd be happy to advise you on which options are right for you.

Above-standard expense rate

In addition to the legally permissible maximum rate for additional meal expenses, we also pay an allowance per night for assembly - this can add up to an extra 100 € gross per week plus expenses.
