What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're the go-to person for construction logistics on-site and attend construction meetings.
- You're in charge of managing supply and disposal logistics, site safety, and setup.
- You're responsible for checking and coordinating the contractually agreed services, including change order management.
- In your role, you coordinate the deployment of personnel and the quality of subcontractors' work.
- As the logistics manager, you're responsible for billing the contractually agreed services, including documenting the services provided.
- What We Rely On
- Completed vocational training in the main or secondary construction industry with leadership experience, e.g., as a foreman and/or further training as a foreman, master craftsman, technician, business economist, and/or a degree in a construction-related field.
- Professional and leadership experience on construction sites in a similar area of responsibility.
- Strong cost awareness, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and social competence.
- Proficient in using selected IT tools, e.g., MS Office.
