At a glance:

We are looking for support to tackle the challenges of the heat transition in the Munich metropolitan region. The District Cooling, District Heating Networks Planning department is responsible for the planning and (depending on the project volume also for) the construction of district heating and cooling supply networks in the city of Munich as well as in the municipalities of Ottobrunn and Taufkirchen in the southeastern district of Munich. The range of tasks for the two divisions includes service phases 2-8 of the HOAI for new network connections, network expansions up to the development of new areas, renovations in existing buildings and relocations. The planning orders are processed in a team of planners and engineers and coordinated and executed in close coordination with the project participants, both internally and externally.

What you can achieve with us:

· Creation and responsibility of civil and pipeline planning for district heating and cooling projects (LPH 1-6 of the HOAI) · Creation of service directories and schedules · Control of projects with regard to technical implementation, costs and quality · Processing of projects according to the project management rules of the SWM and maintenance of the associated systems

What convinces us:

· Successfully completed technician training in the field of supply technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study. Beginners (m/f/d) are welcome · Initial professional experience in the planning of civil and pipeline measures in the areas of district heating and cooling is desirable but not a mandatory requirement; we are also happy to be convinced by graduates (m/f/d) · Solid basics of the relevant regulations, rules and standards (VOB, AGFW rules etc.) · Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS-Office and MS-Project · Teamwork, analytical thinking and strong communication skills · Entrepreneurial thinking and action and the willingness to further education as well as to independent familiarization with new topics
