Your Tasks 🔍 You'll take on the independent management of challenging civil engineering projects, including: 👉 On-site construction supervision. 👉 Representing our interests directly at the project site with the client. 👉 Active cost management and control, as well as scheduling, management, and monitoring. 👉 Quality control and assurance, and participating in regular construction meetings. 👉 Guiding and managing the collaboration of internal and external project participants.
Your Profile 😍 You're passionate about earthworks and civil engineering and excited about cool projects with great general contractors in a dynamic market (Berlin/Brandenburg). 🎓 You have either a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in construction management. 📐 You have solid knowledge of VOB and change order management. 📊 You're characterized by strong customer orientation, proactive behavior, and a confident demeanor. 💻 You're interested in modern and digital processes and ideally know Auto-CAD. 💡You're eager to continuously learn and share your knowledge?!
