- Construction Manager (m/f/d) Asphalt Construction
- WHAT TO EXPECT
- Independent planning, execution, and billing of construction projects of various sizes
- Construction process and equipment disposition
- Personnel planning and management of crews
- Technical and commercial supervision of construction execution until the successful completion of the site
- Construction process and site result control, as well as reporting
- Design and enforcement of additional work
- Participation and support in the area of subcontractors through their calculation and work preparation
- Targeted customer consulting and support of subcontractors and authorities
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (technician or master)
- Ideally, initial professional experience as a construction manager or junior construction manager
- Confident handling of VOB and industry-standard guidelines
- Technical and economic understanding
- Initiative and assertiveness
- Teamwork skills
- Communication skills, service orientation, and persuasive strength in customer support
