YOUR TASKS

• Independent site management: steering, supervising, monitoring, and handling projects
• Client consultation and support
• Preparing offers (construction software) and a timely economic schedule, personnel, material, and time management
• Site documentation
• Negotiations with clients, suppliers, and authorities
• Quality management checks
• Monitoring processing quality and aligning with relevant regulations (VOB/BGB), creating measurements with CAD, and preparing construction plans and invoices
• Supporting the technical management
• Leading employees

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in civil engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or construction technician
• Solid expertise in planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring construction projects - ideally with experience in site management
• Or: Several years of professional experience in handling construction projects
• Knowledge in calculation, VOB, execution planning, contract management, and construction execution
• Organizational talent and team spirit
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on mentality, assertiveness, and social competence
• High loyalty to the company, reliable and responsible
