A Diverse Range of Tasks

• You are responsible for the timely billing of project services.
• You process incoming invoices and ensure the booking of incoming and outgoing payments;
• You manage the review and booking of travel expense reports and company credit cards;
• You assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and are the contact person for related inquiries;
• You support the digitization of the office;
• You assist in the preparation and submission of local audits and tax returns;
• You work closely with the finance team and our tax advisor.

Your Profile

• You have several years of professional experience in accounting.
• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification;
• You have built deep expertise, continuously educate yourself, and are ready to proactively train others with your expertise;
• You impress with a careful, self-reliant, and solution-oriented way of working and are ready to take on responsibility;
• You have very good German and good English skills.
