Your Tasks
You're the organizational backbone of our project team, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the background. You're a valuable support for our project managers by having their back, significantly contributing to success on the construction site.
Specifically, this means:
📋 You assist in obtaining, tracking, and comparing subcontractor and supplier offers
📂 You manage and maintain project documents, specifications, and invoices
📆 You organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel
💬 You prepare planning meetings both before and after
📈 You maintain project plans, manage documents, and ensure everyone is up to date
🚚 You handle ordering and keep an eye on material flows
⚙️ You support the commercial and organizational processes in daily business
🤝🏼 You work closely with project management, site managers, and external partners
What You Should Bring
🎓 A completed commercial or technical education – ideally with experience in construction, crafts, or real estate
☑️ Initial experience in project assistance or office organization
💡 A structured work style, organizational talent, and initiative
🖥️ Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
👨💻 Experience with WinWorker or similar industry software is a plus
🗣️ Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a strong service orientation
