To strengthen our team at the Memmingen location, we are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. • WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees in the KUTTER Group on personnel-related and labor law issues
  • Creating, reviewing, and adjusting employment contracts, additional agreements, and labor law documents in your defined area of responsibility
  • Coordinating applicant management, including conducting interviews in collaboration with specialist departments
  • Accompanying individual personnel measures (e.g., warnings, terminations, transfers)
  • Supporting the implementation of HR projects
  • Identifying optimization potentials in existing HR processes and implementing them together with the team
• YOUR STRENGTHS
  • You have a degree or further training in HR and at least 3 years of professional experience
  • Solid knowledge in labor law
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and have a strong service orientation
  • "Hands-on mentality" with a joy for a mix of operational and strategic work
  • Professional demeanor and confident handling of different target groups and hierarchy levels
  • Good knowledge of MS Office365
