Operational Buyer (m/f/d) Civil Engineering

• To strengthen our team in Memmingen, we are looking for a buyer (m/f/d) with a focus on (civil) construction services to start as soon as possible.
• WHAT TO EXPECT
  • You'll be part of the central group purchasing team.
  • In your role, you'll handle all operational purchasing tasks (inquiries, tenders, negotiations, contract awards, etc.) for the assigned product groups and use the KUTTER purchasing marketplace (Onventis software).
  • You'll manage the purchasing side of construction projects and continuously coordinate with those involved (construction management, suppliers, costing, etc.).
  • You'll work on improvement projects in purchasing and support the purchasing management in cross-departmental projects.
• WHAT YOU BRING
  • Commercial training and several years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in building materials/project management is desirable
  • Your negotiation skills and confident demeanor are convincing
  • You have excellent communication skills and persuasiveness, even in challenging situations
  • Good PC skills and proficiency in MS Office complete your profile, and prior knowledge of Onventis is an advantage
