Tasks at Geiger

• Administering and continuously developing our Citrix Enterprise platforms and services (Virtual Apps and Desktops, Netscaler)
• Rolling out applications in Citrix environments
• Maintaining and optimizing master images
• Conducting projects with a focus on Citrix
• Performing performance analyses, optimization, and troubleshooting measures
• Handling 2nd and 3rd level requests, incidents, and changes
• Coordinating with external service providers

What we're looking forward to

• Completed vocational training or studies in the IT field or a comparable technical education
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix environments
• Understanding of the interaction of enterprise data center technologies and architectures
• Experience with automation tools is a plus
• Innovative and solution-oriented approach
• Strong quality awareness and a structured, goal-oriented working style
