To support our team at the Memmingen location, we are looking for a
Part-time Assistant (m/f/d) in Turnkey Construction (20h) to start as soon as possible. - WHAT TO EXPECT
- Administrative support for the department head in all organizational matters
- Communication link between various departments, e.g., purchasing and accounting
- Invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments, in close coordination with accounts receivable and payable
- Checking and managing guarantees and handling construction performance insurance
- Organizing and tracking safety-related documents (SiGeKo) for construction projects
- Preparing and following up on meetings
- Reviewing contracts for completeness and entering and maintaining them in the ERP system Nevaris
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in accounting or office organization
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneNote, as well as Word and Excel
- Knowledge in invoice verification and processing as well as payment transactions
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style
- High level of responsibility and initiative
- Team player & strong communication skills
