As a bricklayer at Heuchert Company, you will be working on our construction sites and, together with your colleagues, you will be building residential buildings, schools, or office buildings, for example. This can include both new construction and renovation. Your tasks will include, for example, the construction of masonry walls using materials such as limestone or aerated concrete and mortar or adhesive. When working with wall elements, you will need to consider openings for windows and doors. It's almost like building with Lego bricks ;-) But you will also be responsible for necessary sealing measures and insulation of the masonry. And to ensure that the building is durable and resistant to the weather conditions in northern Germany, most of our buildings have a facade made of facing brickwork. Heuchert Company has highly trained and skilled facing bricklayers - you will learn from the best here! The bricklaying trade offers interesting opportunities for your professional future. And at Heuchert Company, you can start your career either with a traditional apprenticeship or by pursuing a dual study program. What should you bring? - At least a secondary school diploma or, for the dual study program, a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), technical college entrance qualification, or a comparable recognized qualification. - You should be reliable and have manual dexterity. - It is important that you enjoy working in a team and outdoors.
