Training as a construction draftsman/woman (m/f/d)

As a draughtsperson at Heuchert Company, you create drawings and technical documents for our turnkey projects in residential and commercial construction. These can be multi-family residential buildings, offices, or production halls - the spectrum is diverse. You primarily work on the computer using CAD programs and calculation tools, such as for thermal insulation or property drainage. Based on the design sketches of our planners, you create design and construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, building sections, detail drawings). You will learn the necessary technical regulations as part of your training. In addition to the drawing work, as a draughtsperson, you also perform specialized calculations. To give a few examples: determining the need for building materials, creating item lists, and taking measurements. With this, you support both the processing of building applications and the tendering of services to the respective trades. After the planning phase, it's time for implementation: you accompany the construction processes of the projects and ensure that the necessary documents, invoices, and settlements are available on time.
