About the role

• You'll take responsibility for your own installation projects, replacing old heating systems with modern air-water heat pumps
• You'll be traveling around Northern Germany, especially around Hamburg, in a van equipped with the best tools and equipment
• You'll work alongside another systems mechanic or a trainee
• You'll also work closely with a team of planners, logisticians, and customer service who support you during installations
• You'll work on continuously improving our processes. We aim to make the installation process particularly efficient through our specialization in heat pumps and digital processes

What you should bring

• You're a trained systems mechanic for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology, or you have comparable training or work experience in heating installation
• Ideally, you've already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in heat pump installation
• Like us, you place great value on customer satisfaction and always want to achieve the best result for the customer
• You feel comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and are a team player
