Project Assistant (m/f/d) for Drywall and Interior Construction

As a project assistant, you'll support our project management and make sure everything runs smoothly—from installation planning to billing.

Here's what you'll do with us:

• You'll be the link between the construction site, project management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• You'll plan installations (both our teams and subcontractors) and organize logistics.
• You'll prepare invoices, determine performance levels, and handle correspondence.
• You'll take care of approvals, manage defects, and assist with addendums.
• You'll participate in construction meetings and keep an eye on schedules, numbers, and documents.

What you bring:

• Education or degree in construction/project field (e.g., civil engineer, construction technician, industrial clerk with construction experience)
• Experience in construction billing & project organization
• Basic knowledge of VOB/BGB
• Careful, structured work style and team spirit
• Good computer skills and a knack for numbers
