Your tasks:

• Project support: Operational and planning assistance in the completion of photovoltaic systems and heat pumps
• Leadership tasks: Coordinating various teams to ensure smooth and efficient installation of our products
• Technical support: Close communication with teams to coordinate workflows and being the first point of contact for technical challenges on-site
• Cooperation: Close collaboration and regular exchange with other departments, especially quality management and logistics, to achieve common goals

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrician (energy and building technology preferred)
• 5+ years of professional experience in the electrical field
• Ideally, experience in project management or as a construction manager
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Team player with an independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
• Valid driver's license class B
• Good computer skills and proficiency with common MS Office applications
