What you will do with us
ProWerk GmbH is an engineering firm that handles project management from preparation to completion. Our business areas cover all action fields according to AHO Booklet 9 and 19, risk management, technical due diligence, tenant coordination, and real estate and development consulting.

Your tasks 📋 Independently manage medium and large building projects, including: 👉 Overseeing projects in all phases – from development to realization to completion. 👉 Coordinating and leading planning and coordination meetings. 👉 Independent client management and acquisition of new projects through network expansion. 👉 Managing timely project execution with economic considerations and comprehensive documentation.
Your profile 🎓 Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or an equivalent qualification. 💼 At least 3 years of experience in building project management, including acquisition experience. 📑 Solid knowledge of HOAI, AHO, BGB, and VOB. 🌍 Strong communication skills in German and English, and willingness for regional deployment. 🧩 You work in a structured, independent, and responsible manner with a strong customer focus.
