What you will do with us
- Tasks
- Your focus is on acquiring and managing engineering and specialized foundation projects.
- You lead the technical departments both technically and disciplinarily.
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of construction projects in collaboration with our colleagues on site.
- You have a well-established network in the construction industry and maintain your contacts - in associations and committees as well as with clients, authorities, and offices.
- Additionally, you coordinate with management and the corporate group on key strategic, technical, business, and personnel-related issues.
- What We Rely On
- Completed studies in civil engineering (university/college) or a comparable qualification.
- Many years of relevant professional experience in a leadership role or as a senior construction manager in engineering and/or specialized foundation construction.
- An outstanding project list – experience in executing and managing complex engineering and/or specialized foundation projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and successfully manage teams.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, negotiation skills, and a structured way of working.
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with clients, partners, and authorities.
