What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You oversee the construction of reinforced concrete structures in civil engineering and/or industrial construction, especially bridge structures.
- You independently lead and manage construction site crews and are responsible for coordinating and supervising subcontractors and suppliers.
- You are responsible for material and personnel scheduling.
- Documentation, monitoring, and compliance with process management and accident prevention also fall under your responsibilities.
- You review and optimize construction processes if necessary to meet deadlines.
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed vocational training in the construction field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience; subsequent training as a foreman/site foreman or certified foreman (m/f/d).
- Comparable craft vocational training with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry; subsequent training as a foreman/master (m/f/d).
- Several years of professional experience in civil engineering and/or industrial construction or experience on relevant construction sites with various trades.
- Strong performance and commitment as well as a high sense of responsibility.
- Independent and team-oriented/team-motivating work style.
- Organizational talent, assertiveness, and leadership skills.
