Construction Manager/ Installer Powersolution

You are responsible for organizing construction site operations and assembly and installation work in our predominantly regional projects. In close collaboration with the project management, you represent our interests as the contractor on site and are the first point of contact for the client and other project participants. Following the instructions of our safety specialist, you instruct the employees and subcontractors on occupational safety. You keep the construction diary and document the personnel involved. You organize work processes according to schedules and instruct employees at the work sites. You monitor the quality, progress, and safe execution of the services. You document any extra-contractual work, record and verify timesheets, check performance records, and document the status of the execution. You manage the local material warehouse and handle material deliveries on site. During regular construction site meetings, you report the status of the site to the project management. Your tasks: - Supervision of assembly and installation work as well as organization of construction site operations, including subcontractors - Conducting safety briefings according to the safety specialist's instructions - Material disposition for construction site operations - Maintenance and service work - Connection work in the field of energy technology - Installation of low-voltage main distribution boards Desirable: - Commissioning, setting of switches, and universal measuring devices Your profile: - Entry-level to professional in full-time position - Vocational training as an electrician in all specialties or electrical installers, possibly with further training as a master craftsman or technician (not a requirement) - You already have sufficient professional experience and are familiar with the processes on an assembly construction site. - You can assess the technical quality and correct execution and are familiar with the essential regulations and standards for electrical systems. - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - You are confident in organizing and supervising assembly and installation work in larger projects with the support of a project manager. - You confidently represent our interests as the contractor on site as construction management.
