What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You organize and independently manage construction projects in specialized civil engineering
- You take on the performance and result responsibility for the assigned projects
- You ensure the agreed execution deadlines and quality standards
- You lead the site management and construction site personnel
- You are responsible for creating contract-relevant correspondence
- You are responsible for creating and enforcing amendments
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, extensive relevant professional experience in site management or experience in site management in the field of specialized civil engineering, as well as proficient use of general IT applications and RIB iTWO (Arriba)
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction field
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Independent and success-oriented working style
