Construction Manager (m|f|d) Electrical Engineering + Company Car, Home Office, at least 30 Days Vacation

The company is based in Paderborn (NRW). Besides your work on construction sites, you’ll be working from your home office.

How you provide energy:

• From setting up the construction site to completion: You plan and oversee the entire installation of large-scale energy storage systems for our clients.
• For this purpose, you coordinate subcontractors and ensure measures to meet our quality standards on each site.
• You regularly coordinate with all project participants on-site and manage the acceptance and handover – together with the commissioning and project management team.
• As the responsible site manager, you manage compliance with accident prevention regulations and create risk assessments and project-related HSE documents.
• You also support service partners or subcontractors with maintenance work on our storage systems.

What you already have in store:

• Completed training as an electrician/electronics technician/mechatronics technician with several years of professional experience, further training as a master craftsman, technician, or electrical engineering degree
• Experience in construction site management (focus: plant construction)
• Practical experience with medium-voltage systems, preferably as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching, as well as expertise and enthusiasm for renewable energies
• Very good German and good English skills and a strong willingness to travel in the DACH region (4-5 working days/week)
• A conscientious, committed personality who always thinks and goes one step further.
