What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're in charge of developing construction process concepts and implementing them into individual construction processes.
- You're responsible for determining quantities for scheduling and costing.
- You independently create offer and execution schedules.
- You're responsible for planning and optimizing the construction site setup, site logistics, and formwork systems.
- You're in charge of developing and optimizing construction method concepts and technical reports for project-specific requirements.
- What We Rely On
- Successfully completed studies in business or civil engineering (FH/TU) or a comparable education.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position and/or managing construction sites in the context of work preparation and scheduling.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and a billing and costing program (ideally ARRIBA/RIB iTWO).
- Knowledge of time-path planning software (Tilos) and project planning software (PowerProject, MS Project).
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented working style.
