Do you want to help shape, develop, and ultimately implement diverse construction projects and neighborhoods as part of a team? As a project manager in our Neubrandenburg office, you'll have the opportunity to independently coordinate comprehensive areas of responsibility. At our headquarters, all the essential fields of the company come together. Here, you'll be able to drive forward and co-manage neighborhoods in Neubrandenburg and the surrounding area with a lot of initiative over the coming years.

What to expect:

• You review floor plans and planning-relevant details in close coordination with project development during the execution planning phase
• You create construction descriptions in internal collaboration with project development
• You prepare tender documents for subcontractors and evaluate offers
• You participate in awarding subcontractor services
• You create quantity calculations, construction contracts, and perform measurement and billing controls
• You keep an eye on overall cost-effectiveness/costs, schedules, and quality

What you should bring:

• Ideally, a completed degree in the construction industry (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering)
• Professional experience in planning and construction preparation, preferably in residential construction
• Knowledge of legal regulations and ordinances in construction (DIN standards, subsidized housing, etc.)
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in construction planning and execution, as well as in schedule and cost management
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and tendering programs (e.g., AVAPLAN)
• Structured working style, teamwork skills, and a high level of responsibility
