Do you want to help shape, develop, and finally implement diverse construction projects and neighborhoods together with a team? As a Project Manager in our Neubrandenburg office, you'll have the opportunity to independently coordinate comprehensive areas of responsibility. At our headquarters, all the essential fields of the company come together. Here, you'll be able to drive forward and co-manage neighborhoods in Neubrandenburg and the surrounding area with a lot of initiative over the next few years.

What to expect:

• You'll manage the entire development and planning process LP 1-5 in close collaboration with all planners, structural engineers, and specialist engineers involved in the construction
• You'll evaluate offers from planners/consultants, etc.
• You'll coordinate with authorities, institutions, municipal utilities, and other external project participants
• You'll review and optimize planning-relevant details during the design and execution planning
• You'll create construction descriptions in close coordination with the construction execution
• You'll keep an eye on overall economic efficiency/cost control, schedules, and quality

What you should bring:

• Ideally, a completed degree in the construction industry (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering)
• Professional experience in planning and implementation, preferably in residential construction
• Knowledge of legal regulations and ordinances in construction (DIN standards, subsidized housing, etc.)
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in construction planning and execution as well as in schedule and cost management
• Experience in dealing with authorities and institutions
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, strong initiative, teamwork, and a high sense of responsibility
