Your Tasks

• You will take on project management for our construction projects in drywall and adjacent interior construction trades, from work preparation through the execution phase to billing.
• Your tasks will focus on time and cost planning, negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, as well as the preparation of service specifications and contract drafting.
• Monitoring projects regarding adherence to costs, deadlines, and quality rounds off your responsible area of duties.

Your Profile

• Project Manager, Site Manager, or Assistant with relevant professional experience
• Ideally a Civil Engineer (m/f/d), Construction Technician (m/f/d), or Foreman (m/f/d) with comparable knowledge
• Good knowledge of construction billing
• Basic knowledge of construction law VOB and BGB
• Affinity for IT applications
• Strong numerical understanding
• Careful and reliable working style
• Team player
