Your Tasks

• Responsible site management
• Supervision of site personnel
• Planning and coordination of material, personnel, and equipment use
• Internal and external reporting (construction diary, deployment reports…)
• Monitoring construction schedule deadlines
• Organization and inspection of material deliveries and subcontractor services
• Quality control, occupational safety, traffic security
• Contact with clients and client representatives
• On-site performance, additional work, and measurement recording

Your Profile

• Project manager, construction manager, or assistant with relevant professional experience
• Ideally a civil engineer (m/f/d), construction technician (m/f/d), or drywall installer (m/f/d) with comparable knowledge
• Good knowledge of construction accounting
• Excellent cross-trade expertise
• Basic knowledge of construction law VOB and BGB
• Affinity for IT applications
• Strong numerical understanding
• Careful and reliable working style
• Team player
