In the Technical Service department, approximately 400 employees provide building-related craft and technical services in the areas of control and quality, service, laboratory and material testing, building technology, plant and component technology for the entire company.

The Plant and Component Technology department is responsible for the controlling and operational machine technical maintenance management.

Here's what you can do with us:

· Carry out independent activities in the field of thermal, cold and sound insulation technology · Overview of all cross-site and cross-sector aspects and contact persons, and advisor for plant management · Commissioning, monitoring and control of in-house and external services, as well as evaluation and analysis of results · Responsible for technical supervision, safety instruction and training, as well as compliance with environmental and health protection and traffic safety obligations at construction sites · The computer-aided technical documentation and archiving of completed tasks and orders is also important

· Completed training as a thermal, cold and sound insulation technician or a comparable qualification · Qualification according to TRGS 519 and 521 · Solid expertise and professional experience in thermal and cold insulation, general wrapping technology, working and protective scaffolding, support and suspension scaffolding, scaffold bracing and anchoring, statics, etc., as well as relevant regulations and provisions including VOB · Very good PC skills (MS Office, BFS, SAP, and California) as well as a class B (III) driver's license
