About the Role

You'll lead your own installation projects to replace old heating systems with modern air-water heat pumps. You'll be on the road in the Berlin area with a van equipped with the best tools and equipment, visiting customers. You'll have an apprentice or trainee by your side, who will support you and whom you'll guide in daily tasks. You'll also work closely with a team of planners, logisticians, and customer service who will support you during installations. You'll work on continuously improving our processes. We aim to structure and plan the installation process efficiently through our specialization in heat pumps and digital processes.

What You Should Bring

Ideally, you're a trained systems mechanic for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology, or you have a comparable education or work experience in heating installation. Ideally, you've already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in heat pump installation. Like us, you place great importance on customer satisfaction and always want to achieve the best results for the customer. You feel comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and are a team player.
