About the Role 👨‍🔧 You'll lead a team of several installers and trainees who carry out projects to install modern air-water heat pumps for customers. 🔧 You'll regularly work on installation projects yourself and guide new employees. ✅ You'll ensure our processes are followed by the teams and maintain consistently high installation quality and customer satisfaction. 🤝 You'll work closely with the Regional Manager, planners, and the Operations Excellence Team to ensure smooth operations and further develop processes. 🎓 You'll collaborate closely with the Academy, where new employees are selected and trained.

What You Should Bring 🛠️ You're a master or very experienced journeyman in plant mechanics for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology and already familiar with heat pump technology. 🔍 You're up-to-date technically and experienced in installations for our customers. 👥 You've already led teams and are appreciated by your employees both professionally and personally. 💡 You place great value on customer satisfaction and always want to achieve the best result for the customer. 💻 You feel comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and are a team player.
