What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You take on the independent calculation of services for technical building equipment in turnkey construction projects.
- You are also responsible for reviewing and evaluating tenders.
- You check planning documents for completeness, plausibility, and contract compliance.
- You assist in creating service specifications and tenders for TGA trades.
- Your tasks include developing special proposals.
- As a project engineer (m/f/d), you participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- What we rely on
- Completed technical university or college education or training as a technician/master in the fields of supply technology or electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of relevant DIN standards, VDE regulations, and the contract and award regulations for construction services.
- Several years of professional experience in the calculation, tendering, or project management of TGA trades.
- Confident use of MS Office RIB iTWO Baseline.
- Quick comprehension, independent working style, and analytical, process-oriented thinking.
- Structured and independent, solution-oriented working style.
- Strong team spirit.
