What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You'll take charge of the Technical Internal Service through the acquisition and calculation phases of the projects to be handled.
- You'll create binding offers and indications.
- You'll review options and create special proposals.
- You'll coordinate work preparation and BIM coordination during the offer and execution phases.
- You'll conduct a comprehensive review of tender documents and lead the offer team.
- You'll coordinate all project participants during the offer processing.
- You'll contribute to acquiring new customers.
- What we rely on
- Completed studies as a civil engineer (m/f/d) or architect (m/f/d).
- Solid professional experience in project calculation in turnkey building construction.
- Proficient in using calculation software RIB iTWO and MS Office, Revit, and PowerProject.
- Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills.
- Performance-oriented work ethic and high commitment.
- Experience in team leadership as a department head.
