- Completed studies (Civil Engineering / Architecture) or completed technical training
- Several years of professional experience in the calculation, tendering, and technical awarding of structural work trades
- Confident use of RIB iTWO
- Success-oriented work style and strong entrepreneurial thinking
- Ideally, initial experience with the BIM method
- Structured and independent solution-oriented work style
