Shift Supervisor Maintenance of Subway Vehicles (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
At a glance:
As the on-duty shift supervisor in the 3-shift operation, you control the daily operations in the Fröttmaning workshop and ensure an adequate number of vehicles in the rail network. Working on the computer, on the train itself, and in the rail network provides the right amount of variety in the job. You play a major role in keeping public transportation in Munich running smoothly.
Scheduled or unscheduled work on subways is part of the daily routine. There's always something going on in a 24/7 schedule. Every day is different and often requires quick decisions. The generational shift in the team is noticeable, and we are happy to be able to count on you.
Here's what you can achieve with us:
· Digital work with SAP and Fiori interfaces, BHMS - digital order processing · Documenting and completing work orders · Technical phone support for the control center, troubleshooting on the track, among other things with emergency lights · Managing external companies · Working on subway vehicles and independently carrying out minor repairs · Technical and personnel management of the shift groups present
This is how you convince us:
· Successfully completed further training as a master in the field of electrical engineering or mechanics · Organizational talent and ability to multitask · High technical affinity, both electrically and mechanically · Very good PC skills (MS Teams, MS Office, SAP) · High willingness to learn (further training, emergency lights, subway) · Willingness to go above and beyond (emergency light drives, derailments, gearbox damage)
