Your Tasks 👷 You lead a team of installers and trainees and are responsible for implementing projects involving the installation of air-water heat pumps. 🔧 You actively participate in installations and help train new employees. ✅ You ensure that installations meet quality standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. 🤝 You coordinate closely with the Regional Manager and other teams like planning and logistics to carry out projects smoothly. Your Profile 🎓 You are a master or experienced journeyman in the field of sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology, ideally with experience in installing heat pumps. 👥 You have leadership experience and can lead a team both technically and personally. 🌟 You are customer-oriented and always strive to achieve the best results. 💻 You feel comfortable in a modern, digital work environment.
