Foreman (m/f/d) Road Construction

For our location in Karlsruhe and our regional construction projects in the district and the region, we are looking for you as soon as possible.

Tasks:

• Leading a crew
• Goal-oriented and timely preparation and execution of construction sites
• Planning, execution, control, and ensuring the construction process in coordination with the site management
• Supporting the site management, e.g., with clients or authorities
• Economic planning of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Implementation of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection measures

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in road construction or a comparable qualification
• Further training as a "Certified Foreman" or "Site Foreman" or a comparable qualification
• Relevant leadership experience is an advantage
• Ideally qualified to operate construction machinery (especially excavators)
• PC skills desirable (Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel)
• Teamwork skills, assertiveness, and a sense of responsibility
• Independent and committed working style
• Class B driver's license
