Foreman (m/f/d) in Regional Road Construction

We're looking to strengthen our team in the Langenargen area and need you as soon as possible.

🤝 Responsibilities:

• Leading a crew
• Preparing and managing construction sites with a focus on goals and timelines
• Planning, executing, controlling, and ensuring the construction process in coordination with site management
• Supporting site management, for example, in dealings with clients or authorities
• Efficient planning of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Implementing safety measures and health and environmental protection

🎓 Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in road construction or a similar qualification
• Further training as a "Certified Foreman" or "Site Foreman" or similar qualification
• Relevant leadership experience is a plus
• Ideally qualified to operate construction machinery (especially excavators)
• PC skills are desirable (Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel)
• Team player with assertiveness and a sense of responsibility
• Independent and committed work style
• Class B driver's license
