Other locations are in Hersbruck, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, and Stuttgart. Since our founding in 2019, we have established ourselves as a medium-sized construction company for the regions of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, executing projects in civil and road construction, engineering construction, as well as track and railway construction. Here's where your skills come into play:

• With your expertise, you actively participate in our project selection for our areas of engineering construction (bridge construction) or civil/road construction and their acquisition.
• You analyze and evaluate interesting tender documents for the respective field.
• You independently create cost estimates and detailed bid calculations.
• Requests and evaluations of subcontractor services are conducted together with purchasing and technical project management.
• You take on the close coordination of offers with the responsible department management and other project participants.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Your several years of professional experience as a calculator, construction manager, or work planner in engineering construction (bridge construction) or civil/road construction sets you apart.
• You have good knowledge of a calculation program, ideally RIB iTWO, and you are very familiar with MS Office.
• We can rely on your extensive knowledge of current pricing and performance approaches and ideally in the area of the local subcontractor and supplier market.
• Absolute team spirit, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, and a reliable and independent working style are second nature to you.
