- Numbers in check, projects in sight: As a Cost Estimator (m/f/d), you ensure that our construction projects are built on solid foundations from the start.
- WHAT TO EXPECT
- Creating cost-effective offers
- Cost estimation for construction services through your own calculations and price inquiries with suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting operational units by creating technical and economic calculations
- Independently handling the calculation process up to contract conclusion
- Developing special proposals and assisting in the development and updating of foundations, checklists, and key figures for calculations
- Point of contact for the project teams executing the orders
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training
- Professional experience in the calculation of construction projects
- Very good user knowledge in a billing and calculation program, ideally Nevaris (industry program Nemetschek) is desirable
- Independent and committed work style as well as good organization
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Responsible thinking and acting
