The Freimann site, with its new gas turbine plants and battery storage, is one of the most modern generation sites of SWM, which already meet the requirements of the new energy world today. As a plant manager for electrical engineering, you will be directly involved in the action and contribute to a reliable and efficient supply of electricity and district heating to the city of Munich.

What you can achieve with us:
· Independent troubleshooting of system failures, follow-up on malfunctions, and ensuring knowledge transfer regarding problem solutions · Organization and execution of maintenance and inspections on complex systems to maintain operational safety · Planning and implementation of maintenance and optimization measures for efficient and safe system operation · Management of internal and external service providers and project partners · Participation in on-call duty for electrical and control technology after completion of training
What convinces us:
· Completed further training as a master technician in the field of electrical engineering · Solid technical knowledge in the electrical field to achieve quick problem solutions · Initial experience in planning, construction, maintenance, or operation of power plant/industrial facilities is advantageous · English language skills for communication with service providers are beneficial · Independence and initiative are among your strengths
