At a glance:

SWM is a pioneer in the heat transition: With already six geothermal plants for electricity and heat generation in and around Munich, SWM is the largest geothermal operator in Germany. Furthermore, SWM takes over the comprehensive operation management and other services such as deep pump replacement for external plants. We will cover Munich's district heating needs in a CO2-neutral manner by 2040 at the latest. SWM relies on deep geothermal energy and takes on a technological pioneering role in energy generation nationwide. Become part of our highly motivated operations team and drive the heat transition in Munich and Germany forward!

Here's what you can do with us:

· Supervision of control system / measurement and control technology of selected geothermal plants, with a focus on the automation system PCS7 · Planning and execution of repairs, recurring inspections, and revisions for these plants, as well as technical and economic evaluation · Troubleshooting / fault analysis and activation of plant components · Participation in new construction projects and conversion measures, including commissioning · Preparation of tenders for services and supplies to external companies and internal departments, as well as monitoring construction processes in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, and technology

This is how you convince us:

· Completed vocational training as a skilled worker (MSR, control technology, power plant, electrical engineering) or comparable knowledge (KWS, IHK or HWK) · Professional experience in PLC programming and measurement and control technology · Knowledge in the construction, operation, and maintenance of energy generation plants with a focus on geothermal plants is advantageous · Knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and laws (VDE, BBergG, BetrSichV) · Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of English · Interest in on-call duty for the site's facilities (after training)
