Your Tasks

• Responsible site management together with a construction manager
• Supervision of site personnel
• Planning and coordination of material, personnel, and equipment use
• Internal and external reporting (construction diary, deployment reports…)
• Monitoring construction schedule deadlines
• Organizing and checking material deliveries and subcontractor services
• Quality control, occupational safety, traffic security
• Contact with clients and client representatives
• On-site performance, additional work, and measurement recording

Your Profile

• High motivation and willingness to take responsibility
• Several years of professional experience in drywall construction
• Relevant qualification and training certificates (e.g., journeyman's certificate)
• Good technical knowledge in drywall and general interior construction
• MS Office skills
• Driver's license for cars
• Careful and reliable working style
