Your Tasks: 🔹 Independently manage and economically handle complex structural engineering projects. 🔹 Lead and coordinate multiple project teams autonomously. 🔹 Serve as a contact for clients, subcontractors, and employees. 🔹 Take responsibility for schedules, costs, and quality. 🔹 Conduct contract negotiations and awards independently. 🔹 Represent the company in acquisitions and contract negotiations.

Your Profile: ⚠️ Important: Several years of professional experience in structural engineering, ideally on the execution side. ✔️ Education: Completed degree in civil engineering (FH/TU/Uni) or comparable technical education. ✔️ Skills: Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, as well as team and communication strength. ✔️ Languages: Very good German skills in speaking and writing. ✔️ Mobility: Class B driver's license.
