Here's where your skills come into play:

• You set the workflow organization on construction sites in civil/road construction, which includes, for example, creating construction schedules and planning equipment and personnel deployment.
• You review construction execution drawings and initiate necessary corrections if needed.
• Timely billing of construction services and construction-related documentation is your responsibility, and you also prepare monthly performance reports and cost comparisons.
• You conduct inspections, oversee construction measures during the warranty phase (including defect rectification), and are involved in claim management and enforcement.
• You coordinate and manage our own skilled personnel as well as the personnel of our subcontractors.

What you bring:

• You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in civil engineering.
• You have several years of professional experience in the mentioned tasks in civil/road construction.
• Your excellent knowledge of MS Office stands out, as does your high willingness to learn in dealing with IT applications (billing/calculation programs), ideally, you have already worked with RIB iTWO.
• You possess a valid Class B driver's license.
• Independent action, commitment, and teamwork are your strongest soft skills.
