What you will do with us
At a glance:
We are looking for support to tackle the challenges of the heat transition in the Munich metropolitan region. The District Cooling and District Heating Networks Planning department is responsible for the planning and (depending on the project volume) also for the construction of district heating and cooling supply networks in the city of Munich as well as in the municipalities of Ottobrunn and Taufkirchen in the southeastern district of Munich. The range of tasks for the two divisions includes service phases 2-8 of the HOAI for new network connections, network expansions up to the development of new areas, renovations in existing buildings and relocations. The planning orders are processed in a team of planners and engineers and coordinated and executed in close coordination with the project participants, both internally and externally.
What you can achieve with us:
· Creation of plans for the district heating and cooling divisions using AutoCAD software · Processing of projects over the service phases 2-6 of the HOAI · Support of the project management in the creation of project and approval documents · Independent incorporation of third-party results into the planning · Coordination of planning results with other people involved in the planning
What convinces us:
· Completed training as a construction draftsman or technical draftsman or initial professional experience · Sound knowledge of CAD software AutoCAD and common office applications · Very good German skills. · Initiative, assertiveness and a strong sense of quality
