Junior Project Manager Research & Development (m/f/d) for Heating and Cooling Ceilings - Lahr/Schwarzwald

As a Junior Project Manager Research & Development (m/f/d) for heating and cooling ceilings at QLIMATE GmbH, your main tasks are:

• You plan and conduct measurements, experimental setups, and test setups, and evaluate the results (cooling/heating performance, acoustics, pressure loss, etc.).
• You assist with product launches, review, and approve prototypes, first samples, and initial deliveries.
• You create and optimize 3D-CAD models and 2D drawings, as well as technical calculations (HVAC), and support the maintenance and management of technical programs (heating/cooling/air supply).
• You are responsible for independent project management, considering quality, costs, and deadlines.
• You support other departments with technical support and solution approaches.

You bring these qualifications:

• A motivated and persistent personality with team spirit, a pragmatic and goal-oriented work style, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Completed technical or commercial training in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) or in drywall and ceiling construction
• Experience in project business with construction services and coordination of project participants, as well as good commercial knowledge in calculation and contribution margin accounting, and in construction contract law (BGB/VOB)
• Proficient in modern communication tools and MS Office, ideally also with AutoCAD
