Your Tasks

• Support the construction and project management in implementing technical requirements and coordinating interfaces between trades
• Assist in cost calculation and the creation and review of service specifications for technical building equipment
• Participate in and lead subcontractor negotiations, considering technical and economic criteria
• Regularly check the work done on-site to ensure quality standards are met and document any defects
• Oversee the technical construction execution up to the final acceptance and ensure all technical requirements are fully met

Your Profile

• Completed training with a master craftsman exam in plumbing and heating, state-certified heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of relevant regulations like DIN, DVGW, VDI, MLAR, MLüAR, and VOB
• A strong understanding of costs
• Communication skills and a high level of personal responsibility
